Welcome to The Square Townhouse Boutique Hotel. Thank you for selecting us as your home away from home. We will endeavour to ensure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons.
The Square Townhouse was purchased in 2014 by the Hemsley Family whose investment into the Grade II Listed Building has resulted in the birth of a luxury 5* Boutique Hotel. Extensive refurbishment followed in 2022 including the acquisition of and expansion into the neighbouring building which together have created the marvel that is The Square Townhouse, affectionately known as SQT. If you are wondering where to go during your stay, we can advise you the prime places to Dine, Drink or Dance the night away.

Should you wish to leave your luggage after you check out, we are more than happy to hold it securely.
For an additional £5 per room you can enjoy our delicious SQT breakfast from the comfort of your room. Please notify Reception in advance should you wish to arrange this.
Please ensure you check out of your room by 1100 hrs.
We respect your privacy here at SQT should you wish to remain undisturbed by our Housekeeping Team, please use the door sign provided. For security reasons a spot check of your room will be made within each 24-hour period.
You will find a selection of complimentary Clipper Teas, Lavazza Coffee Pods & Biscuits.
SQT-Guest: Please ask reception for the password.
For Guest and Staff safety, CCTV is in operation 24-hours covering all entrances and common areas.
Our Housekeeping Team will refresh your room every day unless specified.
There is a fridge in each room containing complimentary Still & Sparkling Mineral Water together with Fresh Milk.
To assist with our sustainability programme, please reuse your towels. Housekeeping will only exchange towels left on the floor in the shower room.
For your convenience a hairdryer can be found in the wardrobe of your room.
You will find an iron and steamer in the wardrobe of your room.
Protect your valuables in your safe located inside your bedroom wardrobe.

Leave the Building via the exit on the Ground Floor
Report to the Fire Assembly Point by the Bus Stop located at the end of the road towards the Sea.
On Discovering a Fire
Sound the Alarm located next to the exit on the Ground Floor
